Functions:
1. Bed foundation is a whole part installed on the embedded plate
2. Door box consistes of two side plates which made by aluminum and glass , its function is support of control system and driving mechanism.
3. Driving mechanism consists of imported DC motor and driving belt.
4. Hanging mechanism style is up hanging , consists of rail and pulley. While guiding mechanism install on the bottom of door box ,consists of sliding rail and guide pulley. Up hanging lower guiding design is considering reliability and stable. Without Obstacle on the pavement.
5. Sliding door consists of tempered glass and aluminum frame which is light and so easy sliding.
6. Anti-clamping style is airbag and electric current double styles which is more stable and reliable.
7. Control system including : center interface (consists of control unit and state monitoring unit )PSC; PSL local control unit ; PCU door control unit;communication medium and communication interface
Working Principle:
1. Using international advanced technical and imported motor , design idea is same as metro train platform door which is upper hanging lower driving. More stable and reliable.
2. Using system control , when bus arrive in station, the platform doors communicate with bus door by infrared to open and close at the same time with bus door.
3. When emergency, station worker can operator the passenger safety door manually.
4. When emergency, the platform screen door can be power off and open manually
5. When door closing and facing obstacle , the BRT door open automatically
